The election of officers and the executive committee for the Booker Washington Institute National Alumni Association of North America (BWINAANA) will take place on Saturday, June 30, 2012 in Chicago, Illinois by all voting chapters of the association in good standing as defined in Article 11 Section 3 of the association’s constitution and By-Laws. The elections will be conducted at the end of the afternoon session and results announce right before the evening ball. All national officers shall be elected by secret ballot and serve a term of two years. The tabulated results will remain confidential until the final votes are counted. A formal announcement regarding the election of officers and the Executive Committee will be made by the chairman of the National Election Commission thereafter.
